Signing ONLY DSC is a low secured Certificate in compare to Encryption. With help of Encryption Certificate one can encrypt & decrypt the files. Encryption Certificate is basically to intact the integrity of file during transaction. The encryption key pair is used by the subscriber for receiving encrypted messages which is encrypted using subscriber’s public key. Class 2 Individual User Combo DSC is acceptable on some limited e-Tendering / e-Procurement Websites in India.
